That's my little mommy!

Jenny is plugging along nicely. Our little one is doing just fine at 31 weeks and counting! The baby has started hiccuping regularly, which is funny for me but a little annoying for Jenny (but in a good way).

Every day she seems to get a little bigger, and we're now starting to entertain ourselves with regular visits to the hospital for child birthing, newborn care and daddy-in-training classes.

As far as the less fun and glamorous side of carrying a child to term, I'm happy to report that aside from having an amazingly small bladder, Jenny is doing really well. Heck, said bladder made our last childless fling to New York City very interesting. Who knew a city with so many people had so few public toilets?

Speaking of the Big Apple, here's a lovely shot of me tearing into a mountainous pastrami and corned beef sandwich at the Carnegie Deli. Mostly this picture is here so that when the inevitable "I've been in labor for 20 hours and my husband made me take this picture" picture shows up, I'll have this photo to help even the score.

P.S. - In case you're curious, we ordered some extra slices of bread and I made 3 large sandwiches from my half of the sandwich. If you're going there, don't eat breakfast.

Jenny looks so good. She makes me sick! I always felt so dumpy. Whatever, next baby will be in winter b/c my winter maternity clothes are nicer.

I'm glad you're enjoying your classes. Pay attention when they give you a tour of the birthing and recovery areas of the hospital so you'll know what's best to take with you.
