Conway Baby Name Challenge Part 2: Boy Names

After an excellent first round, we're taking the next logical step to go after boy names.

To me, it's much more difficult to name a boy. With girls, there are a galaxy of good names available. With a boy it seems like the range of names goes from boring to weird in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately for me, we don't have a Colombian last name like the rest of my mother's family. If we did, then we'd be able to use my favorite boy name, Caesar (SAY-sar). Caesar Hernandez sounds cool. Caesar Conway sounds like a confused Irish-Spanish mash-up. By the way, if my cousins are reading this, I think Saleh (SAH-leh for all you gringos) Hernandez is an awesome name...

Anyway, let's hear your suggestions. After our first go-around with girl names you all should be ready to go!

Boys names are much tougher!

How about Thomas William

We saddled our oldest son with my name as a middle name, and he seems happy enough with that. Our second son was named for both of his grandfathers. Our daughter got her mom's name as a middle name. Of course, they can always take confirmation name as a replacement :<)

OK, Here I go - and I am sure this is not going to be my only post!!!
First, clearing the air...
Cousin Carlos' middle name is Saleh (like his Uncle)
I also have a friend named Cesar (see-zar), He happens to be Spanish. Awesome name!!

I would love to have one (or two grandchildren-Joannie)- with the name Joseph Michael (I am sure you could guess why)! I did not name you that because I have never liked children named after their parents..........Grandkids' are a different story!
I also like:
Thomas Albert
Karol (Pope John Paul ll's birth name)- Anthony could be the middle name
Sebastian -Patron St. of cranky children (just in case LOL)
Joshua James
Judson Royer

How about...

David Matthew Conway

William Tomas Conway

Then there's:

Blaine, Martin, Alonso and I could go on because coming from Miami, I have tons of Hispanic names.

Good luck with your choice.
Love, Janice

My step-son is named Oliver and I love that name. It is also surprisingly uncommon...given the popularity of its' girl counter-part: Olivia. Oliver Conway also has a nice ring and cadence. Sounds like a novelist.

So happy for you guys!
Hugs,
Dina
