At long last...an update!
I know it's been nearly a year since we updated this blog, but life has made it difficult to keep this site up to date. Who knew raising a child could be so much work? Sheesh!
To make it up to you guys, I thought I'd share a tidbit of news:
Yep, that's right - Jenny, Lucy and I are expecting a little one! We don't have a cutesy name for him yet, so for right now I'm calling him..."Number Two".
The baby is due in June. We're all obviously thrilled with this turn of events - even Lucy, who tells us often that she has a baby in her tummy too. She also tells me that I have a baby in my tummy, which I take as a sign that I need to drink less beer.
Jenny is doing well. Her morning sickness has finally subsided and she's been carrying on with a bum knee and a two year old. She's really a very strong, wonderful woman.
The biggest news (yet) is that we intend to find out the gender before the birth. We'll be having an ultrasound this week, so we'll know by this weekend. We have a lot of news coming up, so stay tuned!
